


At MPoster, every product is custom-printed with care, specifically for you. Since our items are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we’re here to help.
You must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the product. After this window, we may not be able to assist due to the custom nature of our items.
Refunds are only applicable if the issue cannot be resolved through a replacement. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them — before we begin printing. Once printing has started, cancellations are not accepted.
